The professional recommends the type of Chiromassage, (not therapeutic), as a hygienic remedy to maintain the state of health and a good physical shape. It also advises massage in specific areas of the body to produce a relaxation that causes a high degree of well-being, as well as the type of body posture that best suits for a better adaptation to gravity. This Module includes:
Chiromassage: Massage performed with the hands in order to produce an effect of physical and psychological well-being.
Chiropractic: use of manual techniques to maintain an adequate musculoskeletal structure.
Osteopathy. Manual system for the normalization of the musculoskeletal structure and function, and myofascial rebalancing, as well as the visceral consequences.
Shiatsu Manual system in which the bioenergetic structure is used to obtain an optimal state of health.
Kinesology. Manual system by which information is collected from the body through signals and signs reflected in the muscular structure, while other information is introduced into the body through the same muscular procedure and reflex movements.
Foot and manual reflexology. Manual system whereby a massage in the plantar or palmar area produces a reflex effect on the corresponding organic topography.
Cranial Reflexology. Manual system whereby a massage in the skull and face area produces a reflex effect on the corresponding organic topography.
Children's massage. Massage that favors the bonds between parents and their children
Lymphatic drainage. Manual massage through which an activation of the lymphatic system is carried out, allowing the mobilization and elimination of toxins.
Digituncture. Manual reflex action massage on acupuncture points.
Craniosacral Technique. Manual system by means of which a reflex action and readjustment in the CSF system and the structure of the craniosacral system takes place, which notably maintains the optimal state of health.
