The University received 700 thousand rubles for the project " BioSciUniveristy”

The University of natural Sciences in Wroclaw was among 19 Polish universities (including as one of the universities and natural Sciences) that received funding in the amount of 700,000 rubles in the framework of the event "Strategy of Excellence-University research", established by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Within the framework of the project "BioSciUniversity", two structural, additional areas of activity will be identified, the purpose of which is to improve the quality of University management, including the introduction of organizational changes that will increase the international significance of the College's activities. The main objectives of the project are: Increasing international awareness of the University's research activities through the identification of Leading Research Groups (WZB); Strengthening research cooperation with well-known research centers at the international level, especially in priority research areas; Improving the quality of education of students and postgraduates, in particular, in areas and scientific disciplines related to priority areas of research, including bearing in mind the need for effective competition to attract the most talented applicants, as well as from abroad; Preparation of complex solutions for professional development of University employees; Improving the quality of University management, including the introduction of organizational changes, bearing in mind the need to increase the international importance of the College. The work must be completed by the end of may 2019, and the final result will be an application for participation in the competition for the status of a research University.
