Prof. dr hab., Philipp Smorąg elected a full member of the Polish Academy

On December 16, 2019, CCLXXII meeting of the IUNG-PIB Scientific Council was held. During the meeting diplomas of habilitated doctor were awarded to 5️⃣ people: dr hab. Magdalena Borzęcka, dr hab. Guillaume Debaene, dr hab.

Krzysztof Jończyk, dr hab. Eng. Dorota Pikule and dr hab. Jarosław Stalenga. A public defense of the doctoral dissertation of ????mgr was carried out at the meeting. Dariusz Jędrejka entitled "Phenolic compounds of hops (Humulus lupulus L.) - composition and content in Polish and foreign cultivars". Reviewers for the doctoral dissertation of Jarosław Grząiel were appointed. The applications for the title of professor of agricultural sciences were approved ◾dr hab. Anna Podleśna, ◾dr hab. Marioli Staniak and ◾dr hab. Ewa Stanisławska-Glubiak.
