SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES ENGINEERING

ROVIMATICA carries out different activities within the engineering of industrial processes in fields as wide as the treatment of purifying waters, desalination plants, pumping systems or power generation.

The specialization of the company in the programming of SCADA systems and DCS systems is what has made us become benchmarks at the level of programming and commissioning of industrial plants both in Spain and abroad.

As a result of these works, a department has also been developed to maintain these complex control systems, carrying out preventive assistance, complete backups or remote assistance from our offices.

INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES

ROVIMATICA has developed large process control projects with complex architectures. The applications have been developed both in our facilities and in our customers' facilities.

The different phases of the project are programming of the process in our facilities, FAT tests of the control systems through simulations, commissioning at the customer's facilities and maintenance both at the plant and remotely.

Experience with DCS systems like PCs7 from SIEMENS or with SCADA systems with Vijeo, WinCC or Archestra from Wonderware. These types of applications require knowledge of cabling, instrumentation, communications, PLC programming, SCADAS programming, and knowledge of communication networks and servers.
