18th Science Fair

The 18th Science Fair will be held at the Palace of Exhibitions and Congresses of Seville on May 14, 15 and 16, 2019 . The main themes of this edition will be:

• Commemoration of the V Centenary of the First Round the World.
• Commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Among the values ​​of the Science Fair is the commitment to improve the environment and living conditions on the planet, hence its commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) . In coherence with these purposes, two subtopics are proposed in this edition:

- Commemoration of the International Year of Plant Health.

- Adaptation to climate change. 

• STEM + A. In this edition there will again be a specific area dedicated to this topic, STEM + A Space (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics + Art), which will include projects related to robotics, programming, free software, home automation or mathematics approaching these projects from creativity, entrepreneurship and innovation, thus incorporating the artistic and humanistic disciplines.

The Science Fair is directed on the one hand to educational centers and on the other to research centers, universities, museums and companies that have among their purposes the dissemination of science and technology.
